There’s a 90% chance your question will be answered directly, but in a way that is much faster than we can respond. You fix your problem faster, we get to spend our time making plugins.   • Every Time I open my plugin, it asks me to register again.
  • Mac – Are your plugins native M1 compatible?

     

    We’re in the process of rewriting all our plugins to give them native M1 compatibility, as well as a few more features. This page explains it in a little more detail.

     

    Apple Silicon Compatability

  • I bought my plugin from another store and the serial number doesn’t work?

     

    The number you get from a 3rd party store is not a serial number, it’s a coupon to get your plugin at no cost. Just enter that code on this page:

  • Mac – When I run the installer, it tells me it can't install it.

  • Mac – My plugin doesn’t show up after installing?

     

    Any plugin that has not been updated to Apple Silicon will require a reboot in order to show up, even if you are on an Intel Mac.
